설치 중 페어링 실패Your tado° device will show an E0 error if pairing fails during installation.

스마트 라디에이터 온도조절기를 분리한 뒤 마운팅 브래킷이 밸브 본체에 제대로 조여져 있는지 확인하세요. 다시 장착하고 재시작하여 캘리브레이션을 다시 실행하세요.Unmount the smart radiator thermostat and make sure the mounting bracket is properly tightened to the valve body. Remount it and restart it to run calibration again.

Wi-Fi 연결 타임아웃(주로 비밀번호 오류)An E01 error on the Smart AC Control indicates a timeout issue with the Wi-Fi connection.

화면에 4자리 코드가 다시 표시될 때까지 기다린 뒤 Wi-Fi에 다시 연결하세요. 그래도 해결되지 않으면 Wi-Fi가 켜져 있고 정상 동작하는지 확인하세요.Wait until the display shows the 4-digit code again, then reconnect the device to your Wi-Fi. If the issue persists, make sure your Wi-Fi is on and working.

모터-밸브핀 접촉 없음No contact is detected between the motor and the valve pin (Smart Radiator Thermostat calibration).

장착 브래킷과 어댑터가 라디에이터에 제대로 고정되어 있는지 확인하세요. 기기를 다시 장착하고 재시작해 보정을 다시 진행하세요.Check that the mounting bracket and the adapter are properly attached to the radiator. Remount the thermostat and restart it so that calibration runs again.

Wi-Fi 연결 문제An E02 error on the Smart AC Control indicates an issue with the Wi-Fi connection.

Wi-Fi가 켜져 있고 정상 작동하는지, 비밀번호가 바뀌지 않았는지 확인하세요. 네트워크를 삭제한 뒤 다시 연결해 보세요. 그래도 안 되면 기기와 공유기 사이의 거리를 가깝게 해 보세요.Check that your Wi-Fi is on and working and that the Wi-Fi password has not changed. Remove the network and connect again. If the problem continues, move the device closer to your router.

밸브 개폐 행정이 너무 짧음(석회화·고착 가능)The distance detected between the open and closed positions of the valve is too short. This can be an indicator that the radiator valve is blocked by calcification.

배터리를 새 것으로 교체하세요. 그래도 코드가 남으면 공식 서비스센터에 문의하세요.Replace the batteries with new ones. If the code remains, contact an authorized service center.

인터넷 문제(DNS 호스트네임 해석 실패)An E05 error on the Smart AC Control indicates an issue with the internet connection.

Wi-Fi가 켜져 있고 정상 동작하는지 확인하세요. 라우터의 DNS 설정에서 기본 DNS를 8.8.8.8, 보조 DNS를 8.8.4.4로 지정하세요.Make sure your Wi-Fi is on and working. In the router's DNS settings, set the primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and the alternative to 8.8.4.4.

배선이 설정된 난방 제어방식과 불일치(제어 불가)Your Smart Thermostat/Wireless Temperature Sensor shows an E10 error message when the wiring on tado° does not match the way it is set up to control your heating.
