화염 없음 버너 잠금(가스없음/점화실패/전극·기판 이상)Burner shut-down due to missing flame.

가스 밸브(콕)가 열려 있는지 확인한 뒤 리셋 버튼을 누르세요. 두세 번 시도해도 계속 잠기면 공식 서비스센터에 점검을 요청하세요.Check that the gas cock is open, then press the Reset button. If the boiler keeps locking out after a couple of attempts, contact an authorized service center.

공급수 과열(>105°C)Shut-down due to overheating: flow water temperature overheating (flow temperature exceeded the max. allowed value).
