급수 결함(밸브)The water inlet is blocked or restricted.

수도를 끝까지 여세요. 급수 호스가 꺾이거나 눌리지 않았는지 확인하고 급수구 필터를 청소하세요. 그래도 코드가 남으면 공식 서비스센터에 점검을 요청하세요.Open the water tap fully. Check the inlet hose for kinks and clean the water inlet filter. If the code persists, contact an authorized service center.

배수 결함The drain is restricted.

배수 호스의 꺾인 곳이나 고리진 부분을 펴세요. 배수 필터를 청소하세요. 그래도 코드가 남으면 공식 서비스센터에 점검을 요청하세요.Straighten out any kinks or loops in the drain hose. Clean the drain filters. If the fault persists, contact an authorized service center.

가열/온도 관련 결함군The water inlet is blocked or restricted (hot water).

온수 수도꼭지를 완전히 여세요. 급수구 거름망(필터)을 청소하세요. 그래도 해결되지 않으면 배관 전문가나 공식 서비스센터에 문의하세요.Open the hot water tap fully and clean the hot water inlet filter. If the problem remains, contact a plumber or an authorized service center.

가열 결함(Heating fault)The Thermostop has been activated, or there is a fault with the heating.

전원 플러그를 뽑고 2분 이상 기다린 뒤 다시 켜서 프로그램을 재시작하세요. 그래도 코드가 남으면 공식 서비스센터에 점검을 요청하세요.Unplug the appliance, wait at least 2 minutes, then switch it back on and restart the programme. If the fault persists, contact an authorized service center.

도어 잠금(door lock)The door could not be locked (or the drum could not be locked on a top loader).

최대 세탁 용량을 넘기지 않았는지 확인하세요. 전원을 껐다가 다시 켜 보고, 그래도 코드가 남으면 플러그를 뽑고 2분 이상 기다린 뒤 다시 켜세요. 계속 나타나면 공식 서비스센터에 점검을 요청하세요.Do not exceed the maximum load size. Switch the machine off and on again; if the fault persists, unplug it for at least 2 minutes and then switch it on again. If it still shows, contact an authorized service center.

도어 해제(door release)The door could not be unlocked (or the drum could not be unlocked on a top loader). Technical fault.
