스팀 급수 오류Steam water supply error

스팀 급수함에 MAX선까지 물을 채우고 서랍을 닫으세요.Fill the steam water box up to the MAX line and close the drawer.

쿨다운(오류 아님, 행정 종료)The drying cycle is completed (cool down).

세탁물을 꺼내거나 시작/일시정지 버튼을 누르세요.Remove the laundry or press the START/PAUSE button.

건조 후 구김방지·냉각팬 동작Cool down cycle active — the drying cycle has completed.

고장이 아닙니다. 빨래를 꺼내거나 버튼을 눌러 동작을 해제하세요. 그대로 기다리셔도 됩니다.This is not a fault. Remove the laundry or press a button to stop it. You can also simply wait.

드럼 3분 내 20RPM 미달(회전 불가)Over-current in the electrical circuit / motor.

전원 플러그를 10초간 뽑았다가 다시 꽂으세요. 그래도 코드가 남으면 수도꼭지를 잠그고 공식 서비스센터에 점검을 요청하세요.Unplug the appliance for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. If the code remains, close the water tap and contact an authorized service center.

차일드 락(오류 아님)The child lock feature is active.

차일드 락 버튼을 3초 이상 길게 눌러 잠금을 해제하세요. 버튼 위치는 모델에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.Press and hold the child lock button for 3 seconds to turn the lock off. The button may differ depending on the model.

커플링 부품 불량The coupling part is malfunctioning.

도어(서랍) 잠금 오류The washer is unable to lock the door.

문(서랍)을 끝까지 확실히 닫고 START/PAUSE 버튼을 누르세요. 그래도 코드가 남으면 전원을 껐다가 문을 확실히 닫고 다시 시작하세요.Close the door (drawer) firmly and press START/PAUSE. If the code remains, turn the power off, close the door firmly, and start again.

도어 안 닫힘·안 잠김The door is not closed properly.

문을 열었다가 중앙을 눌러 완전히 다시 닫으세요. 전원 플러그를 뽑은 뒤 시작 버튼을 5초간 눌러 리셋하세요. 그래도 코드가 남으면 공식 서비스센터에 점검을 요청하세요.Open the door and close it again firmly, pressing on the center. Unplug the unit and hold START for 5 seconds to reset. If the code remains, contact an authorized service center.

리드 미체결Lid not latched

걸쇠 주변의 이물질을 제거한 뒤 리드와 서랍을 완전히 닫으세요.Clear any debris around the latch, then close the lid and the drawer fully.

건조(드라이) 기능 일시 오류 — 전원 리셋 후에도 지속되면 서비스 필요Temporary dry-function error - if it persists after a power reset the unit needs service

호스가 손상되거나 막히지 않았는지 확인하세요. 정품 호스만 사용하고 다시 시작하세요.Check the hose for damage and clogs. Use only the manufacturer's standard hose, then restart.

배수펌프 오류Unable to drain water.

배수 호스가 꺾이거나 막히지 않았는지 확인하고, 배수펌프 필터를 청소하세요.Check the drain hose for kinks or clogs and clean the drain pump filter.

린트필터 미삽입Lint filter not inserted

린트 필터를 뺐다가 다시 끼우세요.Remove the lint filter and reinsert it.

과급수·거품 과다·필터 막힘The washer is overfilling.

드럼 전용 세제를 적정량만 사용하고 배수 필터를 청소하세요. 수도꼭지를 잠그고 물을 배수한 뒤 다시 시작하세요.Use the right amount of detergent for drum washers and clean the drain filter. Close the water taps, drain the washer, then restart the cycle.

동결(급수·배수호스·수도꼭지 얼음)Freeze failure — the unit is frozen.

세탁통에 50~60℃ 정도의 따뜻한 물을 붓고 1~2시간 두어 얼음을 녹이세요. 급수·배수 호스도 함께 녹이세요. 남은 물은 빼내어 다시 얼지 않도록 하세요.Pour warm water (50-60°C) into the tub and leave it for 1-2 hours to thaw the ice. Thaw the inlet and drain hoses as well. Drain the remaining water so it does not freeze again.

가스 공급 없음(가스식)Dryer: the dryer is not receiving gas.

가스 공급 밸브가 열려 있는지, 가스 호스가 꺾이지 않았는지 확인하세요. 정상적으로 연결되어 있는데도 코드가 남으면 공식 서비스센터에 점검을 요청하세요.Check that the gas supply valve is ON and the gas line is not kinked. If it is connected properly and the code remains, contact an authorized service center.

린트 필터 아래에 있는 센서를 물걸레로 닦은 뒤 완전히 말리세요. 증상이 계속되면 공식 서비스센터에 점검을 요청하세요.Wipe the sensors below the lint filter with a damp cloth and let them dry completely. If it persists, contact an authorized service center.

급수 부족(수도 잠김·호스 꺾임·필터 막힘·저수압)The water supply is inadequate.

수도꼭지가 완전히 열려 있는지 확인하세요. 급수호스가 꺾였으면 펴고 급수필터를 청소하세요.Make sure the tap is fully open. Straighten a kinked supply hose and clean the water inlet filter.

모터 과부하·구속(과다세탁물·이물질)The motor is overloaded and locked / the tub will not spin.

전원을 끄고 30분 정도 그대로 두세요. 세탁물 양을 줄이고 세탁통 틈새의 이물질을 제거한 뒤 다시 시작하세요.Leave the appliance switched off for 30 minutes. Reduce the load, remove any foreign objects from the tub, then restart the cycle.

세제함(슬라이드) 열림The detergent drawer is not fully inserted.

세제함을 끝까지 밀어 넣어 완전히 닫으세요.Make sure the detergent drawer is inserted all the way.

세탁물을 고르게 다시 배치하세요. 양이 적을 때는 비슷한 옷을 더 넣고, 세탁물은 드럼 용량의 약 3분의 2를 넘지 않게 하세요. 세탁기가 수평으로 놓였는지도 확인하세요.Rearrange the load evenly. Add similar items to small loads and keep the load to about two-thirds of the drum capacity. Also make sure the washer is level.

진동감지센서 접촉불량·이상Vibration sensor issue.
