수도가 열려 있는지 확인하고, 급수 호스가 막히거나 꺾이지 않았는지 확인하세요. 급수구 필터를 청소하세요. 그래도 코드가 남으면 공식 서비스센터에 점검을 요청하세요.Check that the water tap is open and the supply hose is not blocked or kinked. Clean the water inlet filter. If the code persists, contact an authorized service center.

도어 개폐 이상Abnormal door lock

문이 열려 있지 않은지 확인하고 완전히 닫아 주세요. 그래도 코드가 남으면 공식 서비스센터에 점검을 요청하세요.Check whether the door is open and close it firmly. If the code remains, contact an authorized service center.

배수 불가Abnormal draining

배수 호스가 막히지 않았는지, 올바르게 설치됐는지 확인하고 배수펌프의 필터 커버를 청소하세요. 그래도 코드가 남으면 공식 서비스센터에 점검을 요청하세요.Check whether the drain hose is clogged and correctly installed, and clean the drain pump's filter cover. If the code remains, contact an authorized service center.

탈수 불가Imbalance alarm

세탁물이 한쪽으로 쏠리거나 엉키지 않도록 정리해서 다시 넣으세요. 세탁물이 너무 적으면 조금 더 넣어 주세요.The laundry is tangled or unevenly distributed. Arrange it and put it back in the drum, and add more items if the load is too small.
